Paul Crofts

Paul joined Mayflower Marina in as a Bosun in 2015, after eight years in the retail sector. He was promoted to Senior Bosun in 2022 and, took over the Boatyard Supervisor position in 2024. Paul is responsible for overseeing all aspects of boatyard operations so if you have any queries about lifting, launching or time ashore, please feel free to contact him.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys ‘the great outdoors’ and spends his time off fishing or at the beach with his children.
