Andy Hilder

Andy joined Mayflower Marina as a Bosun in 2018 and has progressed through the ranks to Operations Manager. He manages the outside operation of the marina and bridges the gap between the bosun team and the administrative team managed by Bryony. Andy is a complete all-rounder so if you need something and don’t know who to approach, he is the man!

Outside of work, Andy is a busy family man, and he enjoys an occasional day sail or a round of golf.
