Charles Bush

Charles has worked in the marina business since starting out at Camper & Nicholsons Marinas in 1989. He joined Mayflower Marina in 2002.

Charles has overall responsibility for the marina, but he relies heavily on his colleagues to oversee day-to-day operations.

Having been around boats most of his life, Charles has an empathy with the needs of the boat owner. He has an open-door policy and is happy to be approached direct.
